Order Processing Time
Most of our orders are meticulously handcrafted to order, which typically takes up to 3-4 business days. We take pride in crafting each item with care to ensure its quality.
Delivery Time
For orders within the United States, you can expect a delivery time of 3-6 business days. International orders typically have a delivery time of 15-22 business days. However, many of our orders within the USA are often received much sooner, often within 2 - 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.
International Shipping
Currently, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are exclusively available within the United States of America. Additionally, please be aware that some of our suppliers may not ship to Alaska and/or Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are actively working to provide more specific information regarding shipping locations on each individual product page.
Shipping Challenges and Responsibilities
We would like to highlight that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs processes, natural events, transfers from USPS to local carriers in your country, air and ground transportation disruptions, or any additional fees, customs charges, or back-end costs that may arise after your package leaves the United States.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package cannot be successfully delivered by USPS or their international shipping partners, we will cancel the order and process a refund once we receive and review the returned package.
Multiple Warehouse Locations
At times, we may offer a wide variety of products. We may source and drop-ship items from multiple suppliers. While most of our products are shipped from within the United States, we may also have certain items dispatched from our warehouses in Canada, Italy, and Asia. If you order multiple items, please be aware that they may originate from different warehouse locations, which could result in separate deliveries of your items.
