At BYRINTH®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window

Our policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We aim to process refunds within 48 hours after receiving your returned item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Required Documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay on their end.
  3. If you've completed these steps and have not received your refund within 3-7 business days, please contact us at support@byrinth.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us by emailing support@byrinth.com, sending a message through our CONTACT US page, or using our chat feature on our website at https://byrinth.shop/.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned items.
